Peter Hill Memorial Golf Tournament

September 02, 2011

1st Annual - Saturday, September 10, 2011 at The Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, MN

Peter Hill, a former Evans Scholar passed away in January 2011 after a long, courageous battle with bladder cancer. He was an east-side boy who grew up playing golf and hockey, but broke the mold with his good looks and charm.

As Peter knew his time was ending he asked that any memorials on his behalf be directed to the Evans Scholars Foundation. This golf tournament is a great way to honor his wish.

The Evans Scholars Foundation administers the nation’s largest privately funded college scholarship program, providing full tuition and housing grants to deserving caddies. Recipients are selected based upon a strong caddie record, excellent high school academic success, and significant financial need.
